How this estimate is built
This tool interpolates your expected score against previous years' publicly reported score-to-rank correlations for your selected category, then widens the result into a range to account for year-to-year differences in paper difficulty and applicant numbers. It is a planning estimate, not a prediction of this year's actual result.
Your final rank depends on the current year's official NTA result, and your actual seat depends on the counselling authority's published cutoffs (MCC for All India Quota, your state counselling body for state quota) and real-time seat availability during each round.
