About this paper

This is the CBSE Class 10 Social Science question paper from the 2019 board examination, code 32/1/1, Series JMS/1, Set 1. It carries 80 marks for three hours and has 26 compulsory questions in four sections, with internal choices in many questions. Section A has seven one-mark answers, Section B eleven three-mark answers of up to 80 words, and Section C seven five-mark answers of up to 100 words. Section D is a five-mark map question: two history places, including the Jallianwala Bagh, and any three of five geography features such as Kalpakkam, Paradeep and the Sardar Sarovar dam. History questions offer a choice among Europe, Vietnam, print culture, novels and nationalism in India. The outline map is printed with the paper. This copy has the questions only.
