About this paper

This is ISC Class 12 English Paper 2, Literature in English (Prescribed Textbooks), code 801B, from the 2015 CISCE board examination. The time allowed is three hours, with fifteen minutes extra for reading only. Candidates answer one question from Section A and four from Section B, on at least three textbooks and on only one play, either Shakespeare's Much Ado about Nothing or Bernard Shaw's Arms and the Man. Section A gives three passages on the chosen play; two are to be answered in short questions. Section B has essays on the plays, Scott's Ivanhoe, and the ISC collections of essays, short stories and poems. Each of the five answers carries 20 marks. This copy has the questions only.
