ICSE 2015 English Language Question Paper for Class 10

About this paper

This is the ICSE Class 10 English Language paper, English Paper 1, from the 2015 examination, code T15 011. It gives two hours of writing time after 15 minutes of reading, and all four questions are compulsory. Question 1 is a composition of 350 to 400 words on one of five topics, including a story beginning "He was the funniest boy I had ever met" and a picture of a tiger on a branch. Question 2 is a choice of two letters. Question 3 is a comprehension about Swami trying to stay home from school on a Monday, with a summary of not more than 60 words. Question 4 tests verb forms, prepositions, joining sentences and transformations. The bracketed marks total 80. This copy has the questions only.
