CBSE 2017 Hindi Question Paper for Class 12

About this paper

This is the CBSE Class 12 Hindi (Core) question paper, code 2/1/1 (Series SKS/1), from the 2017 board examination. It carries 100 marks, allows three hours plus 15 minutes of reading time, and has 14 questions in three sections. Khand A tests reading with an unseen poem and an unseen prose passage. Khand B covers writing: an essay, a formal letter, short questions on mass media and journalism, an article and a feature. Khand C is based on the Aroh and Vitan textbooks, with poems by Tulsidas, Harivansh Rai Bachchan, Firaq Gorakhpuri and Alok Dhanwa and prose such as Bhaktin, Bazar Darshan, Namak and Joojh. Many questions offer an internal choice. The paper is in Hindi, so the questions below are translated; it has questions only, without answers.
